Toraja is on the southern part of the island.
A bright, medium- to light-bodied coffee with winy, berry undertones, distinct floral tones in the aroma, an intense and complex flavor that is clean and flowery, and a vibrant finish.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffes reveal hints of chocolate and fragrant notes of citrus, perhaps tangerine, and also nutty. Finer Yirgacheffes may have a charming toasted coconut aroma.
Yirgacheffe is a town in the Sidamo region in the Gedeo Zone of Southern Nations of Ethiopia. This region is considered the birthplace of coffee.
Known for its complex, intense and earthy flavors, Sumatra Mandheling is a smooth and heavy-bodied coffee. Considered one of the world’s most full-bodied coffees, Sumatra Mandheling reveals sweet chocolate notes, a subdued (low) acidity, and perhaps just a hint of licorice.
Indonesian island of Sumatra in the west-central region near Padang. Sumatra is where some of the world’s best gourmet Arabica coffees are grown, and Sumatra Mandheling is one of the very best. It is named after the Mandailing people of north Sumatra.
Tanzania Tweega AA

Tanzania Origin: Tweega Farm: Tweega Coffee comes from the Southern Highlands. History: Tanzanian coffees are grown on Mount Kilimanjaro slopes under banana tree shade, an exotic location for this east African coffee. Tanzanian coffee is similar to the coffee of its northern neighbor Kenya. The coffee is graded by bean size AA is largest followed by A and B.
